A survey was conducted from January 24 through February 16, 2014 to garner information regarding local veteran homelessness and poverty issues. The survey was administered on-site at Billings Community Connect and various outreach locations. Survey results were used to create, enhance, or partner with current programs and initiatives to meet identified needs.
The 2014 Veteran Survey Report is available here. The three largest needs identified for veterans experiencing homelessness and / or poverty were housing, transportation, and employment. A PowerPoint presentation outlining the survey results can be found here.
