Upstairs, the Teen Tech Lab will show you robotics and digital wonders. Join us for a day that'll please both families and those wanting to explore something new!

  7. Bridge Design Workshop for Teens

    September 25, 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM @ Library TECH Lab - 2nd Floor

    Local engineers Carl Jackson and Bryan Vanderloos of KLJ Engineering will provide teens an introduction to the science of bridge engineering. This is a hands-on approach to the engineering design process. Learn about truss bridges and how they work. Learn how engineers use the computer as a problem-solving tool. Following the workshop, you can choose to have fun putting your problem solving skills against those of other virtual bridge designers around the globe.
