    The South Billings Boulevard Urban Renewal Association (SBBURA) will hold a meeting on Tuesday, March 4th, 2014 at 7 p.m. at the City of Billings Operation Center, 4848 Midland Road. The SBBURA is a non-profit organization that advises the City Council on matters concerning the South Billings Boulevard Urban Renewal District and tax increment expenditures.
