Teens who are 13 to 19 years of age can apply to be part of our Teen Advisory Group - The TAG.  The TAG advises the library about programs for teens, helps promote services and volunteers at the library.   Click on the TAG icon to learn more about this vital group.

Visit the TECH Lab - A space for teens to come in, hang out and use 21st century technology to create exciting projects in the areas of science, technology, engineering, art and math.

Join the Library's Teen Book Group. We meet once a month on Thursday afternoons. For November, we're reading Bethany Griffin's The Fall, an alternate take on Edgar Allan Poe's The Fall of the House of Usher. On Thursday, Nov. 19th, we'll meet to talk about the book. Register and reserve your copy of the book by calling 657-8258.

Teen Writing Workshops
Local author Ashley Warren, from Arts Without Boundaries, will be hosting writing workshops for teens every Tuesday in November.  These workshops will be from 4-5 pm in the TECH Lab.  Call 657-8258 to register, or stop by the 2nd floor help desk at the library.  Learn more about these workshops.

Week of Code
December 7-13 is National Computer Science Week, and the TECH Lab is celebrating by having daily coding sessions. Come in and spend an hour learning the basics to computer programming with some fun, easy to play games and tutorials.  No registration required, just stop by!
