Apply to be on the Teen Advisory GroupTeen Advisory Group
Teens who are 13 to 19 years of age can apply to be part of our Teen Advisory Group - The TAG.  The TAG advises the library about programs for teens, helps promote services and volunteers at the library.   Click on the TAG icon to learn more about this vital group.

Visit the TECH Lab - A space for teens to come in, hang out and use 21st century technology to create exciting projects in the areas of science, technology, engineering, art and math.


December Teen Events

Thursday, Dec. 4th - Teen Writers' Circle
Are you a writer under the age of eighteen? Join the Teen Writers' Circle which meets the first Thursday of every month. Showcase your writing and meet other teen writers. Local published writers will make special appearances to answer all of your writing questions. Beverages will be provided. Teens and tweens are welcome.
Teen Study 2, 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm

Thursday, Dec. 11th - Teen Crafternoons
Paper Craft
Teen Crafternoons are the second Thursday of the month. In December, capture the beauty of nature with your own paper snowflake creation! Choose between 2 fun projects.
*All supplies will be provided. Teens and tweens ages 10 to 18 are welcome.
Teen Corner, 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm

Thursday, Dec. 18th - Teen Book Group
Read Lockdown: Escape from Furnace by Alexander Gordon Smith and show up to talk about it. We provide the snacks; you provide the energy and the dialogue.
*A limited number of free books are available.
