HPBA logoThe Writer's Voice and Billings Public Library will present the High Plains BookFest and Book Awards September 30-October 4, 2015 in Billings, Montana.  Please join us for the great programs! Events are free of charge unless otherwise noted. Books by participating writers will be available for purchase at many of these programs.
