As approved by the voters of the City of Billings, this project included street improvements to South Billings Boulevard from King Avenue East to Underpass Avenue.
Project goals were to:
- Provide safe pedestrian access to Newman Elementary School
- Improve access to Amend Park and soccer fields
- Improve traffic flow
The street improvements generally included street widening, curb, gutter, sidewalk, lighting, and drainage improvements. To learn more about South Billings Boulevard view the
