The Community Development Division joins community partners with resources to increase access to housing, create a sustainable community, and promote neighborhood revitalization.

We are primarily responsible for managing federal grant programs, including the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Program.

Activities assisted with Community Development programs must benefit lower income households and neighborhoods. Funding is made available through an annual allocation process for housing, neighborhood projects, and public services.
