The City of Billings, Montana (the City) and the Billings Logan International Airport (the Airport) intend to submit Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) Application #6 with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), extending the collection level of $3.00 per eligible passenger, collected to purchase equipment and complete projects at the Airport.  The meeting with airline representatives was held November 10, 2009.  A Summary of the meeting with the airline representatives is available for download or review.

As required under Section 158.24 of the Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 158, Passenger Facility Charges, the City and Airport are hereby providing opportunities for public comment with regard to Application #6 to Impose and Use PFC collections for the Airport's use.

The Airport has identified six (6) projects for potential funding with PFC collections.  The proposed projects total $2,856,620.
