On Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at 5:30 p.m., the Billings City Council will conduct a public hearing on a resolution to approve and adopt adjustments to the City’s water and wastewater rate and fee schedules. The public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers on the second floor of the Police Facility, located at 220 North 27th Street, Billings, Montana.
