On September 15th, 2020 the Board of County Commissioners passed a Resolution of Intent to increase fees associated with the Planning Divisions Zoning and Subdivision Fees. The resolution identifies 1 year increases for the zoning fees and a series of three equal increases over three fiscal years for subdivision fees. Project Re:Code fees are also anticipated in this fee adoption process but will not become effective until Project Re:Code is adopted. The effective date of this years proposed increases will occur on January 1, 2021. The goal for increases is to recover the costs of services provided.
